Professional Maternity nurse/Nanny

Hi girls! I’d love some advice from anyone with travel nanny experience 🙏 I’ve been offered a travel nanny role with a family for 5 months overseas (live-in while travelling). It would be my first time doing something like this, and the parents mentioned it would also be their first time arranging this kind of setup. They have 3 children (including a baby), and the role would vary between lighter days (a few hours of help) and some periods where I’d be fully in charge of the kids for a couple of days. Since neither of us has done this before, I’d really appreciate some guidance on: • what a fair weekly rate would be for this kind of role • whether it’s usually hourly or a fixed weekly salary • what should typically be included (flights, insurance, food, etc) • how to set boundaries around hours / days off Any advice, experiences or things to watch out for would be super helpful 🤍
