**Housekeeper/Cleaner Needed**

Location: Loule :)

A small English family home looking for a stable housekeeper/cleaner for the long-term. They are a couple with one cat, whom has high standard of lifestyle, offers great working conditions and great salary for someone who's passionate about what he/she does.

It's a Mon-Fri and 9am-2pm position. It can be flexible and open to discussion but preferred fixed timetable. Applicants MUST speak both Portuguese and English, also drive their own car. Must be experienced and have positive energy as you are part of the important elements of joyful life as well !!

Duties as following:
• Cleaning to high standard; windows (inside and out), floors, curtains etc. Working to a schedule and rota developed with the principal
• Polishing and cleaning of antiques using specialised materials and methods
• Deep cleaning of rooms in scheduled rotation
• Cleaning of terrace furniture and cushions. Barbecues cleaned after each use
• Ensuring the home is well aired
• Laundry, hand washing and dry cleaning
• Changing linens twice weekly or as required
• Ironing
• Repair or alteration of garments outside or by self
• Wardrobe management according to seasons/styles
• Occasional cooking and preparation of meals
• Some informal service
• Shopping as and when required
• Maintaining an inventory of all cleaning and household consumable products and groceries
• Feeding animals when the principal is not present, preparation of animal feed
• Assistance with taking animals to the vet and giving medicine
• Identifying problems, deficiencies notifying owner
• Sorting, removing and recycling rubbish
• Maintaining floral displays in the house from the garden or bought in
• Packing and unpacking of travel luggage
