Looking for daily cooking, weekly laundry/cleaning

Olá. Looking for daily or semi-daily healthy cooking, ideally also shopping for the fresh ingredients. The hours are flexible and can be adjusted up or down depending on whether interested in other housework like weekly laundry and cleaning. There are no children, only one or two people depending on our travel; my partner just has a small friendly hypoallergenic dog who doesn't shed. The apartment is by the Altis hotel, and the building has elevators/intercom/reception/recycling. Obrigado.
