I am a 42 years old passionate, highly motivated and dedicated caregiver with nearly 5 years hands-on experience, combining formal Geriatric Assistance (2 years) with complex Family Case Management. My Core Value Proposition: Personal Care Assistance (ADLs): Assisting with Activities of Daily Living which includes bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, and feeding. Household & Logistical Management (IADLs): Handling grocery shopping, meal preparation, and dietary restrictions. Managing household finances and bill payments. Overseeing home maintenance and safety modifications such as installing grab bars. Also giving emotional & cognitive support. Health Monitoring and Reporting: Measuring and recording vital signs (Temperature, Blood Pressure) Observing and immediately reporting any changes or physical complaints to the supervising nurse or doctor. I also assist with primary liaison to Doctors, Nurses and Pharmacists. Managing client's medication and scheduling requirements.
