French & English Tutor 🇫🇷🇬🇧 for All Ages and Levels

Hello! 😊 I'm Octavie, a 20-year-old French university student currently studying European Law at Universidade Católica Portuguesa in Lisbon. I'm offering private French and English lessons to children, teenagers and adults, whether you're a complete beginner, looking to improve your language skills or preparing for school exams. **A little about my experience:** - French is my native language, so I can help with everything from everyday conversation and pronunciation to grammar, vocabulary and writing. - I have a C1 level in English, certified through IELTS. - I have two years of experience as a private tutor, as well as two years of volunteering in educational support for middle and high school students. - I've helped students prepare for the French Brevet and Baccalauréat, including English speciality exams. **My teaching approach 📚** I believe learning a language should be enjoyable, practical and adapted to each person's needs. I like to use interactive activities, conversations, games, films, music and topics that genuinely interest my students. I focus on building confidence, improving oral expression and pronunciation, and making sure students understand what they're learning rather than simply memorising rules. I'm patient, approachable and always happy to adapt my lessons to each student's pace and goals. Whether you need help with homework, school support, exam preparation, grammar or simply want to become more confident speaking French or English, I'd be delighted to help! As an exchange student in Lisbon, I have a flexible university schedule and can arrange regular or occasional lessons. Feel free to get in touch if you'd like to discuss your needs. I'd love to help you make progress and enjoy learning a new language! ✨
