Committed tutor looking to help out kids with school

Hi! My name is Adriana, I'm a 27-year-old Portuguese communications graduate and international relations master's student. I have 4 years of experience tutoring kids aged 3 to 14. I helped kindergarten-aged students with plastic arts and spelling. I worked as a private tutor, volunteering at Renovar a Mouraria, where I was able to do a more personalized tutoring to a 6th-grade student with English, Portuguese, and history. I also worked as a mentor in a middle school, helping students from 5th to 8th grade with mathematics, Portuguese, and Citizenship and Development. I would describe my teaching style as patient and creative, since I was also a child who sometimes drifted off. In my free time, I enjoy doing sports like tennis and Pilates. I love reading, drawing, and painting. I also believe that while tutoring, I'm learning new things too, and that's the most gratifying thing about tutoring: everyone always has something new to teach you!
