Penny loved her stay with Viviane! She took her on several walks each day and it looked like they had a lot of fun together. Viviane was excellent with sending photos/videos/updates. Viviane is simply amazing. Passionate about animals , gentle and very pleasant. My dog is shy and is cautious. We visited Vivian for a short walk around the block and she beautifully handled him and got him comfortable. By the end of the walk , his tail was up and was playful . Viviane was amazing with my puppy and two cats! She is a kind and loving person. She kept in contact with me frequently and sent many updates, which I really appreciated. After carefully reading Viviane's profile, we knew she is the best fit! She is professional, passionate and such a kind person. Viviane did an outstanding job house sitting our 2 cats and dog while we were away for 17 days. Received daily updates with pictures/videos of furry friends and we could tell they were being well taken care of. Viviane watched my little princess for a week. From the very first conversation I had with her I could already tell that she was an animal lover. This was the first time that I was leaving my pet with someone other than my family. She put me at ease from the start. I knew she would take care of Gucci like she was her own. I was right from the first day I dropped her off and through the whole week Viviane made sure to send me photos, videos, and messages to let me know how things were going. You could just tell from the photos how happy my dog was with her. To say that Viviane is a wonderful dog sitter is not enough she is a wonderful person who takes your dog and loves them and cares for them like you wish everyone would. Viviane was the most amazing pet sitter we could have ever asked for. As this was our first time using Rover we were a little nervous as normally have close friends looking after our doggies and home, but going forward I will only use Viviane now! She was so kind and caring and our dogs adored her. We got daily pics, videos and updates and she took such good care of everything. I highly recommend Viviane for any house or pet sitting.
