Walks, Care & Cuddles for when you can't (Amadora, Lisbon)

Hi! I’m Jess, and my passion for animals has been with me since childhood. I grew up in a rural area surrounded by animals and it was in that environment that I learned, from an early age, to care for, respect, and love different species. I always had dogs in the family, so I have a lot of experience in walking dogs and taking care of them. During my studies, I volunteered at an animal association, where I had the opportunity to work with pets of various personalities and needs. Today, I live in Lisbon with my 6-year-old dog, who is my greatest source of joy and also my best teacher of patience, care, and unconditional love. She has already undergone two surgeries, which gave me experience in administering medication and providing special care with dedication and affection. I have a flexible schedule, and being a dog walker is, for me, more than just a service: it’s a way to relax, recharge my energy, and create genuine connections with animals. What fulfills me the most is being able to bring happiness and well-being to them, sharing walks, playtime, and building bonds of trust and affection. I know that many people have demanding routines and can only give attention to their pets early in the morning before work or later in the evening. Since this often means long hours alone, I want to offer them comfort and peace of mind, helping both in daily life and in situations such as absences, trips, or unforeseen events. During walks, I will provide fun and safe moments, breaks to explore and play, fresh water will be available, opportunities for socialization and discovering new scents, all with patience, love, and plenty of cuddles and affection. If also needed, I will pay close attention to each dog’s individual needs and routines (feeding, basic hygiene, medication) ensuring your pet is cared for as if they were my own. I truly believe that all animals deserve attention, respect, and love — and that is exactly what I strive to provide in every moment.
