Caring & Reliable Pet Sitter with a Love for Animals 🐾

I’m originally from Finland, but I’ve been living abroad since I was 18, which has given me the opportunity to experience life in different countries and cultures. I’m currently based in Montijo, although I spend a lot of time in Lisbon as well. I’ve grown up surrounded by cats, and pets have always been a natural part of my life. Almost all of my relatives have cats, and at home we have a lovely cat who is soon turning 18 years old. I’m therefore very familiar with both the joys and responsibilities that come with caring for a pet, including giving older animals the patience, attention and care they need. I’ve also had wonderful experiences with pet sitting abroad. I spent two months in London looking after two dogs, and another two months in Lisbon caring for one dog. Both experiences were absolutely lovely, and I really enjoyed getting to know the pets and becoming part of their daily routines. For the past three years, I’ve also worked as an au pair for families with pets, so I’m very comfortable having animals as part of my everyday life. I understand that every pet has their own personality, routines and needs, and I’m happy to follow their usual schedule and give them plenty of attention and affection. I’m responsible, caring and reliable, and I genuinely enjoy spending time with animals. For me, pet sitting is not just about feeding and walking a pet - it’s about making sure they feel safe, comfortable and loved while their owners are away. 🐶🐱❤️
