Experienced Nanny Wanted for Loving Twins (2y3m) - sept 2026

We are a French expat family looking for a warm, professional nanny to care for our wonderful boy-girl twins (2 years 3 months). You'll be their main caregiver during the day, helping them thrive through play, routines and gentle guidance.

What we're looking for:

- Formal training in childcare / early childhood education – e.g. childcare course, early childhood degree, pedagogy, Montessori training or similar.
- Strong experience with twins and/or toddlers(2-3 years old) – Proven ability to manage two little ones.
- Child development focus – Montessori-inspired or similar approach: child-led activities, respect for emotions, rhythms and individuality.
-First Aid certification – Mandatory (please include proof).
- Very good English with the children – Your first language can be different, but you must be able to communicate fluently in English with them.
- Warm, patient, proactive – Someone who loves seeing kids grow, handles emotions calmly, and brings creativity to daily routines.

Your role:

- Full childcare: meals, naps (2.5-3h daily), playtime, park outings, potty training support, light tidying related to the children.
- Being the engine of their learning – Proactively plan and lead age-appropriate activities to boost their development
- Creating a nurturing environment where the children feel safe, respected and stimulated.
