Active Nanny / Educator for 11mo (Part/Full-Time/Live-In)

We are looking for an active, organized, and engaging Nanny / Educator for our healthy, energetic 11-month-old boy. He eats well, sleeps great, and loves to explore!
Our main goal is to find a proactive caregiver who focuses on structured development rather than just casual walks. We want someone who can actively support his growth through developmental play, sports, swimming, and early learning activities, helping us build an organized routine to prepare him for independent life.
Key Responsibilities:
⚬ Daycare Support: Handling drop-offs and/or pick-ups from daycare (he attends 5–8 hours daily, 5 days/week).
⚬ Activity & Routine Planning: Organizing his schedule outside daycare, signing up and taking him to extra activities (swimming classes, playgroups, physical activities), and preparing him for the next day.
⚬ Child Nutrition: Preparing healthy meals and snacks for him.
⚬ Child Development: Fostering independence, motor skills, and cognitive growth.
⚬ Note: No heavy housekeeping required - your focus is entirely on our child's development and daily schedule.
Driving & Transportation:
⚬ A driver's license is highly preferred. We will provide a car for daily activities and routine optimization, which you can also use to optimize your own schedule.
⚬ If you have a valid driving license but need driving lessons/adaptation classes to feel fully confident driving in Portugal, we are happy to support and cover the training costs.
Expenses & Arrangements:
⚬ All necessary materials and activity expenses for the child (and nanny where applicable) will be fully covered as agreed.
⚬ We are open to exploring Part-Time, Full-Time, or Live-In arrangements for the right candidate.
