Regular Cleaning house

Hello,
I am looking for someone to make daily cleaning (in foz, Porto) starting asap and ideally in the morning.
We have a big house, I need someone 3 or 4 hours per day / 4 or 5 days a week for:
- cleaning the house : 5 rooms, 2 living rooms, 1 kitchen, 4 bathrooms
- keep the terrace clean
- clean windows
- wash the clothes and organise it in the cupboards
- some ironing (few)
- dishwasher (organise plates / glasses )
- if the person can cook , even better
Etc …..

I need someone with experience and who speaks Spanish, French or English (at least a bit to be able to communicate)
