Housekeeper wanted

I am looking for a house cleaner to prepare my holiday home in Paranhos da Beira, Seia, before my arrival on July 7th. Ideally, I would like the cleaning to take place in the first week of July. The house features a large patio, kitchen, living room, five bedrooms, four bathrooms, and an attic. My mother-in-law will be available to open the door and show you around; she speaks some Portuguese and French. The house has been empty for about a year.

The tasks include scrubbing the patio and removing cobwebs, cleaning all windows inside and out including frames, dusting all walls and ceilings, washing all furniture, mopping floors, cleaning the bathrooms, deep cleaning the showers, and cleaning the upstairs balcony.

Please let me know your availability and if you will be bringing your own cleaning equipment or if I need to provide it.
