Housekeeper for a family home in Olhos De Agua

Hi, my amazing housekeeper has sadly been taken Ill and I need to find cover for the remainder of this year and possibly indefinitely.

I really need someone who I can trust with my lovelt 4 bedroom home; the house is not really a holiday let, but we have friends and family coming to stay for most of the year. I'm absolutely heartbroken, she has been with us for years and become part of my family.

The hours are;
4 hours per day between 9 and 1 pm.
6 days per week (Sunday off)
More hours on a changeover day.

The duties include,
Housekeeping: making beds, laundry, ironing, general cleaning.
Outside: Sweeping and clearing outside areas (no actual gardening).
Managing tradespeople appointments at the house when the owners are away.
Receiving food deliveries and putting away.
Liasing with the maintainance people to make sure all small jobs are reported and taken care of.

There is a retainer payment of 8 hours per week when the house is vacant. When we will require someone to come and check the house and to make sure it's fresh and not damp etc.

I really need someone who can speak English and Portuguese. We will pay €10 per hour but the wage is negotiable for the right person who is experienced and willing to become an indispensable part of our home.
