Looking for a weekly cleaner

Hello. We are looking for someone to clean our apartment on a weekly basis spending a minimum of 4 hours. It would involve cleaning the kitchen, mainly surfaces but sometimes fridge or drawers pending on need. Then bathroom surfaces and bath tub and shower. Making the bed and cleaning bedroom as well as dusting and cleaning the spare room. 3 hours would be spent on regular cleaning but an hour or so would be assigned for example washing windows or cleaning front door, etc if needed.
