Part-time nanny (long-term) – Vilamoura

Hello,

I am looking for a part-time nanny in the Vilamoura / Almancil area for my 1-year-old baby.

The role would be approximately 12–16 hours per week, ideally across 3 consistent days (around 4–5 hours per day). I am flexible on exact days and times for the right person, but I would prefer a predictable weekly schedule.

I am specifically looking for someone with experience caring for babies and toddlers. It is important to me to find someone calm, reliable, and confident working independently and feeling comfortable around dogs.

In addition to childcare, I would appreciate light household support related to the baby (such as tidying toys, preparing simple meals, etc.). Over time, for the right person, there may be opportunities for additional responsibilities and hours.

I would love to find someone I can build a long-term relationship with, starting part-time and potentially increasing hours over time if it is a good fit.

English-speaking is a must. References are a plus.
