Nanny needed for newborn plus sometimes with 5 year old

I'm looking for a nanny to start immediately in the coming weeks. I need someone who knows how to take care of a newborn who is 4 months old- changing diapers, putting them back to sleep, burping the baby, feeding the baby, etc. helping with chores as needed around the house, etc to help me.

Will need them on weekday mornings ands afternoons and some weekends.

Sometimes, will need help with my 5 year old girl as well. Some weekends will be able to live in and stay for a few days at my house.

I need someone who can also speak in English to me, but it doesn't have to be perfect English but at least understand me.
