Summer and School-Year Help Needed for Two Energetic Boys

I work from home and am looking for reliable help with my two energetic sons over the summer and continuing into the school year.

Summer Responsibilities (August):

Supervising the boys during pool time
Engaging them in games and activities
Keeping them entertained and safe for 3–4 hours per day (exact schedule still to be confirmed)
Light food prep for the kids and cleaning up after meals/snacks
Helping keep their belongings tidy and organized
School-Year Responsibilities (starting September):
Supporting the homeschooling of one of my sons (resources and schedule will be provided)
Providing after-school care for both boys
Continued help with organizing their things, food prep, and clean-up
Occasional help with outings or errands if needed
Ideal Candidate:
Friendly, fun, and responsible
Flexible with hours and able to adjust as our schedule settles
Comfortable supervising active children, including in the pool
Organized and able to maintain a tidy, kid-friendly environment
Experience with homeschooling or educational support is a bonus
