Help us take care of the house and the newborn

Hi there,
Our baby boy has just been born, and we are looking for someone to help us take care of the house and the baby. What we are looking for:
- clean the house once a week (3 rooms + guest room when used, bathrooms, kitchen)
- keeping the house clean daily
- cooking (late breakfast, dinner, in case you will work during those hours)
- laundry and ironing
- general housekeeping
- take care of a baby while mom is busy (shower etc.)
- change diapers and clothes, wash him sometimes

We don't speak Portuguese yet, but starting to learn.
We live in a house in Aroeira, Caparica.
