Compassionate and Proffesional Carer

My name is Mercy Njeri, a 33-year-old compassionate and dedicated caregiver from Kenya with one year of hands-on experience in providing quality care to elderly individuals at Huruma Elderly Hospital. I am passionate about supporting people with dignity, respect, and empathy while promoting their comfort, independence, and overall well-being. During my experience at Huruma Elderly Hospital, I assisted residents with personal care, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility support, feeding, medication reminders, and monitoring their general health and well-being. I also provided companionship, emotional support, and maintained a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for patients. I am a reliable, patient, and trustworthy caregiver with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. I work well independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team, always maintaining professionalism, confidentiality, and a person-centred approach to care. My goal is to make a positive difference in the lives of those I care for by delivering compassionate, high-quality support that enhances their quality of life.
