Special care for woman in central Lisbon

I am looking for a part-time, English-speaking female caregiver for an older, disabled woman (79) who is has very little mobility, although her mental faculties are normal. I am seeking someone with professional experience of how to move, perform transfers, bathe, and provide hygiene for a person in this situation in bed. Beyond this, the candidate should be able to prepare simple meals, administer medication and perform light housekeeping. Good English skills are a must as the client does not speak Portuguese. The location is in central Lisbon. There is a single 24 hour shift from 9:30 pm Saturday to 9:30 pm on Sunday, but there are also opportunities to take other shifts for when the other carers are unavailable.
