I'm looking for a portuguese tutor

Hi , I am looking for reading help for my 7-year-old child. Right now, she doesn't know how to read yet and needs to start with the absolute basics, like letter sounds and phonics. Do you have experience teaching absolute beginners to read from scratch, and is this something you can help with?
