Looking for offline Portuguese classes

My name is Eugene and I would like to learn Portuguese. Since I am tired of sitting at the computer all day, I am looking for offline classes either at my place in Aroeira or outside (cafe, beach, walk), it's always nice to spend more time outside. I prefer Evening between 15 and 18 pm, could be any day of the week. Twice a week should be optimal.
