English language tutor for beginner level.

Hi. My name is Taisiia. I'm looking for an English language tutor for beginner level.
I have been living in Portugal for a while and now I have moved my parents here, and they have to learn some basic English to communicate. They are a middle-aged couple, my mother knows some English and mostly needs to boost vocabulary and practice speaking and my father doesn't know any English and has to start leaning from scratch.

Their native languages are Russian and Ukrainian, so if the tutor speaks one of those it would be great.
I'm looking for a tutor to come to Matosinhos 2+ times a week and conduct a 1.5/2 hours lesson.
